Programme Pillars

More Than a Course. A Full Commercialization Pathway.

Every programme is co-designed with the institution and staffed by our regional chapter team.

  • Campus Accelerators

Twelve-week cohorts run inside partner universities, ending in a live screening forum with Keiretsu investor members.

  • Research Commercialization

Structured IP assessment, licensing guidance and founding-team formation for lab-born technology.

  • Investor Readiness

Keiretsu Academy curriculum delivered to faculty, alumni offices and student investment funds.

  • Founder & Mentor Development

Members serve as sector mentors, judges and advisory board members across partner institutions.

How It Works

A Structured University Pipeline.

Our pipeline is designed to give academic ventures real exposure to accredited investors while providing actionable feedback and support at every stage.

  • 01

    Institutional Agreement

We align on scope, sectors and success metrics with the university’s innovation or technology transfer office, then formalise a multi-year programme charter.

  • 02

    Talent Sourcing

Open calls across faculties surface student, alumni and researcher ventures, screened by our chapter team against commercial readiness criteria.

  • 03

    Accelerator Cohort

Selected teams enter a structured curriculum covering market validation, unit economics, IP strategy and investor communication.

  • 04

    Mentor Assignment

Each venture is paired with two members from the Keiretsu mentor network, matched by sector and operating experience.

  • 05

    Investment Readiness Review

A sector committee runs a pre-diligence review, producing a written readiness memo with clear conditions for progressing to a forum.

  • 06

    Deal Screening Forum

Graduating ventures present to accredited members across chapters, with follow-on syndication offered to qualified rounds.
