How We Help You Scale
From Investment Readiness to Investor Engagement
Our structured funding pipeline is designed to give your company maximum exposure to high-net-worth
investors while providing actionable feedback and support at every stage.
01
Startup Application
Founders begin by submitting their company profile, pitch deck, executive summary, and cap table through the official application portal. The chapter team performs a brief automated check to verify that the startup aligns with core stage, sector, and geographic criteria before moving forward.
02
Initial Screening
The local deal team conducts an initial review of the submitted materials to evaluate market opportunity and early traction. A brief introductory call with the founding team follows to assess leadership dynamics, funding requirements, and overall coachability before signing off on internal review.
03
Internal Evaluation
The startup presents to the Deal Screening Committee, where experienced angel members conduct a preliminary evaluation of the technology, market size, and financials. The committee then votes on whether to advance the company to the main forum and provides structured feedback to help the founders prepare.
04
Fundraising Strategy
The team works with the founders to refine the round structure, target valuation, and investment terms. During this phase, the pitch deck is polished, the virtual data room is fully organized, and pro-forma cap table projections are finalized to ensure readiness for rigorous investor review.
05
Investor Identification
The startup is cross-referenced against member databases to identify local and global Keiretsu angels whose investment mandates match the company’s sector and stage. Domain experts are engaged to lead due diligence, while cross-chapter syndication opportunities are identified to expand reaching power.
06
Investor Outreach
Executive deal summaries and teasers are distributed across member portals and email channels, leading up to a live pitch at the monthly Keiretsu Forum showcase. Following the presentation, soft commitments and expressed member interest are formally tracked via the deal management platform.
07
Investor Introductions
The chapter team facilitates warm introductions between interested investors and the founders, connecting the startup with potential syndicate leads or chapter champions. Dedicated follow-up workshops and group Q&A sessions are then scheduled to keep deal momentum high.
08
Founder Meetings
Investors dive into structured Q&A sessions focusing on technology, financial models, and go-to-market execution. During this deeper due diligence phase, committee members review legal and IP documentation while conducting background, customer, and partner reference checks.
09
Negotiation Support
Advisors assist in aligning term sheet conditions, governance rights, and board seat structures between founders and syndicate leads. Individual angel checks are often aggregated into a single Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) or lead round line item to keep the cap table clean.
10
Funding Completion
All definitive legal agreements, including subscription and shareholder documents are executed by participating parties. Funds are collected via escrow capital calls and wired to the company, concluding with the startup’s formal onboarding into the global Keiretsu portfolio network for ongoing support.
