Our Investment Committee conducts an Initial Screening of pitches during their regular meetings to assess the suitability for our Investors (private investors, family offices, VC’s. etc.)

If it is determined it meets the expectations of our investors, then the start-up is invited to present directly to our Investors. An administration fee is payable to cover part of the logistics for the event and a Terms agreement is signed before the presentation.

Market Analysis: Any market study conducted by an external firm and its conclusions? Market validation and key metrics?
Competitive analysis: What is your value proposition and competitive advantage?

Customer feedback: received so far? Go-to-Market strategy? Geographic focus Locations, branches, and client distribution?

Investment Details: Investment ask and type (e.g., convertible bond)? How will the funds be used (e.g., marketing, expansion)? Equity percentage offered in return for the investment? Owner’s investments to-date? Number of investors to-date?
Team Overview & Relevant Experience: Current number of employees? Number of founders and their expertise? Management team’s expertise? Number of partners, if any?
Financial Performance: Recent financial performance and results Financial projections for the next 3-5 years? Any notable financial milestones or achievements?
Additional Information: Legal structure and incorporation details? Any intellectual property or patents? Risks and mitigation strategies?
